Requiring two-factor authentication for everyone
One switch that applies the requirement to the whole organization, not just yourself.
Turning on your own two-factor authentication protects your account. "Require it of everyone in this organization," further down the same settings panel, is the separate decision to make it mandatory for every member.
How to use it
Owners and admins can turn this on from Settings. It takes effect immediately, including for people already signed in — nobody is locked out outright, but they are stopped at their next action until they enroll. The settings screen shows how many of your members have already turned it on, so you can see how disruptive requiring it will actually be before you flip the switch.
