Working across organizations

Portfolio is every organization your account is responsible for, on one screen — built for a consultant carrying several clients who doesn't work them one login at a time. The questions are the same for each: where does it stand, what is outstanding, has anything gone stale.

How to use it

Open Portfolio from the profile menu. Organizations are ordered by what needs attention rather than alphabetically, so the one that needs something from you is at the top rather than buried in a list sorted by name. Selecting one switches your active organization the same way the org switcher does.

Each client is invited as an outside provider on their own organization — see "Inviting people and understanding roles." Nothing about Portfolio grants access on its own; it's a view across the organizations you already belong to.
